Impact agencies Teamplayers and More2Win join forces to amplify social impact through sport

's-Hertogenbosch, 1 January 2025 – As of 1 January, the impact-driven entrepreneurs of Teamplayers and More2Win have merged. They will continue under the name More2Win, as those three words perfectly define their shared mission: there is so much more to win when it comes to increasing and marketing the social value of sports—especially in a fresh, positive way that inspires everyone to join the change.

Teamplayers brought expertise in marketing social value, while More2Win excelled in designing and measuring impact programmes. In the new company structure, the expertise of both teams seamlessly complements each other, amplifying the desired outcomes. This merger equips the pioneers of social impact in sport with a robust client portfolio and even greater capacity to create meaningful change. Throughout 2024, the two teams had already collaborated successfully on a variety of projects, laying the groundwork for this formal union.

Tim van Dooren, founder of More2Win, is stepping down as Managing Director to embark on a new entrepreneurial adventure following his sabbatical. However, he will remain actively involved as a shareholder, alongside Siem de Jong, Luuk de Jong, Daley Blind and Jan Vertonghen. Together, they look forward to introducing an enhanced, A-to-Z proposition to the market.

The rebranded More2Win, now with 20 employees, proves that creating social impact through sport is no longer a niche – it delivers social, environmental and business impact in one. Day-to-day operations will be led by Lex la Gro, Pieter Kuijpers, and Michiel van Rijn van Alkemade.

More2Win works with clients such as Team Visma | Lease-a-Bike, Mission H2, Roda JC, the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, Azerion Women’s Eredivisie, NOC*NSF, KNVB, PSV Foundation, Pro League Belgium, JustEat Takeaway, BrabantSport, the Handball World Championship and N.E.C.
